IRS page to request a transcript of your tax return either online or through the mail. You will need the following information to request a transcript: an email account; your name, birthdate, mailing address, and filing status from your most recent tax return; an account number from either a credit card, auto loan, mortgage, home equity loan or home equity line of credit; and a mobile phone number with your name on the account.
