Whether you subscribe to their electronic newsletter or not, Fiction_L is a great source for booklists for any kind of reader.  If you’re looking for something particular, you can search the archives as well.

BookBrowse
Site offers tons of current reviews of books from a wide variety of genres, time periods and countries.

BookSpot
Site is a great source for booklists on a range of different subjects, including award winners and age appropriate materials.  Genre and author spotlights are also ample.

Oprah's Book Club
Even if you’re not a fan of the show, the club has certainly read enough to cover a wide range of books that will satisfy any type of reader.

BookPage
Titled “America’s Book Review,” the magazine is a wonderful source for in-depth reviews of recent books as well as interviews with contemporary authors.
