The Los Angeles Public Library
LAPL has three incredible indexes that allow you to look for books within a series.  Readers can search based on author, title or series/character name.

All About Romance
Features close to 6,000 reviews of romance fiction and is updated quite frequently.  Reviews can be searched through their database as well.

The Romance Writers of America
A highly popular group within the romance fiction industry. They are also responsible for creating the RITA award. 

Romance Review Today
As its name suggests, site offers tons of reviews of a wide variety of contemporary romance works. 

Hugos
One of the three highest honors given to science fiction, along with the John Campbell Award and the Nebula.

Uchronia
Offers an impressive annotated bibliography of over 2,700 works about “alternate” versions of history. Readers can search based on author or even the language of the work.

The Western Writers of America
A large organization devoted to the genre.

The Spur Awards
Awards are awarded to the top Westerns each year in various categories including nonfiction.

Literature of the Fantastic
Site offers brief snippets of classic horror stories and poems.

The Horror Writers Association
Organization responsible for presenting the Stoker awards, which are given annually to the top authors in the field.

As its name eerily suggests,offers both fiction and movie reviews relating to the genre.

Indexes both authors as well as various time periods for interested readers.

Stop, You're Killing Me
Strange as the name may be, the site is a fantastic resource for fans of the mystery, suspense or thriller genres.  Author and character indexes are listed A-Z and award winners are also posted.  An electronic newsletter is available too.

Mystery Writers of America
The group is in charge of several different awards given to top Mystery writers in the field. 

The American Crime Writers League
Group offers thorough bibliographies of its many members as well as helpful links to conventions within the genre.

Christian Classics Ethereal Library
If you’re interested in inspirational fiction in e-book form,is a great site for downloading such works.  Works can be browsed by author, title or subject.
